At East Killara Montessori Preschool, we offer a unique and flexible fee structure designed to meet the diverse needs of families while ensuring affordability and accessibility. Our approach accommodates various family schedules and takes advantage of eligibility for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and the Start Strong  program, making high-quality Montessori education more accessible.

How Our Flexible Fee Structure Works​

• Fees: Daily fees are charged only during terms 1, 2, 3, and 4, ensuring you pay only for the education your child receives during these times.

• Holiday Flexibility: During school holiday breaks, care is entirely optional and charged only for the days your child attends. This can equate to more savings when families have flexible work commitments.  

• Public Holiday Policy: Public holidays are charged only if they fall during term time, providing further cost savings. 

• Closed for 3 weeks over Xmas and New Year: We are open 49 weeks a year, closing for just three weeks over the Christmas and New Year period. During this closure, including public holidays, no fees are charged.

• Greater Staff Consistency: Our staff take their holidays over the term break times when we have less children attending. This provides greater consistency for our children during term times and opportunities to get to know each other better during quieter times for children attending holiday care..
